Action-packed Pistol and Pistol Caliber Carbine (PCC) event. Participants can compete for the fastest time in one or more divisions: rimfire pistol, centerfire pistol, and PCC. The course of fire consists of stationary sporting clay targets at distances of 3 to 10 yards and AR500 steel targets at 10 to 20 yards. Each shooter's best time of three runs will be counted. All ten targets must be hit; any misses will negate that run. Shoot ten rounds per run, one per target. Participants must register/pay for each division in which they wish to compete. Liberty Conservation Club members will receive a $5 discount if (1) their dues are paid for 2021 and (2) they use the discount code provided via private text communication by the event coordinator prior to registration (contact phone number is 419-231-5391). Certificates and prizes donated by our sponsors will be awarded to the top finisher (lowest time) in each division. (There must be at least five shooters to constitute a division.) The shooter with the lowest time of the day, will earn the title of Top Gun.
If you want to shoot and just have fun, there is no need to compete. Just tell us when you arrive, so we know whether or not to record your times. We recommend that you bring 100 rounds of ammunition for each of your firearms. If you don't have a firearm, you can rent one of ours for $10 each. Of course, when you are not on the firing line other renters may be using the same gun.
